This is Lina d’Amore, a talented Tuscan artist. We met Lina and her husband Fabrizio at their idyllic Bed & Breakfast in Bagni San Filippo where we stopped for the night on the way to Rome.

The couple started their barrista-careers on top of a beautiful lock-out in the coastal town called Eaglehawk Neck overlooking Pirates Bay in Tasmania.
They told us that one of the reasons to leave the corporate world behind and to start their business was to really connect with people and to never be without great coffee.
